The terrain used is a 2049 .ter which I used many times with Terragen 0.09. The scene resembles the area near where I live in Phoenix, Arizona and includes the following vegetation: Saguaro by edlo; Manzanita by Harvey Birdman; Ocotillo by Gary Poole; the two varieties of small bushes (sorry; don't have the creator of this one). The small bushes represent Brittle Bush (silver/green) and Creosote Bush (olive/green). The fake stones (four sizes) representing gritty soils are from a clip file by Tangled-Universe - thanks Martin; and, a special thanks to Buzzzzz aka Jay Testerman for his pointers on improving the appearance of the Saguaros; and, for his advice on modifying the appearance of the small bushes.

I wanted to add two more populations of small flowering ground covers but ran into a memory problem.[attach=#]

very nice scene....I like the color variation on the ground but the background hills could use some texturing!....

good job!

This looks pretty nice.  I agree with DH about some more texturing.  And the render could use some more AA, I think.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Very nice.  Agree with the above, but overall, a very very nice image.
