I am very happy hoe this has turned out....

I tried to make the bottom look like mud but was unsuccessful and I also use the procedural scaling technique for this one....

now all I need for the scene is to scale...any suggestions???

Wow, I like this you happy hoe!!   ;D

No suggestions just yet.  [edit - just thought of one - you need a water dinosaur popping up in the foreground or mid-foreground]

I was thinking more like a bird or something sitting or an eagle catching a fish!...not that you suggestion is bad...I like that too...

This guy has some good work and under the 16 texture image limit - http://www.expressionimage.com/Models/index_models.html

Elasmosaurus is the one I was thinking about.

Looking good Dhaval.  The rocks look great, and I like the clouds.

rendered at slightly higher quality and tried the wet mud effect but didnt come out as I hoped...no where near close...

applied some displacements to the mud and also the the rocks!

I am applying another technique right now...will report with progress (if any)

Keep going, dh.  The mud almost looks like moss.

Oh, nice.  What did you do?  Add reflection?

dhavalmistry

no, not reflective shader but water shader as the child layer....

I like it.  There's so much you could do, based upon what you're imagining.  You could add bushes along the shore.  You could add marsh growth all around and shroud the whole thing under a dark canopy of thick trees.  Depends on what you're thinking.

I really like it, but to me the mud looks too green.  It looks more like slick moss, then sticky mud.

Mr_Lamppost

I bet that kills the render time  ;D ;D

Nice effect though, all at needs is some spray and rougher water to account for the damp (I agree looks more like moss), above the water line.
Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

thank you all....here is an update....
