hi, mleczko here, i am new to the scene, and i have problem with constant crashes while rendering final picture.

the biggest chance for crash is when rendering the water, but sometimes it does happening when rendering just the ground. same with resolution, crashes a lot on 1024x768, but even on 640x480 it still may crash :(
i am getting no crash report, program just freezes and stop responding)

sys specs: intel p4 2,6 1gb ram ati 512 x1550. tried with latest drivers (feb '08) but win xp says they're to old for my win version (wtf, like oO) so i stick to previous ones.

if u have any idea what i can do to make it more stable, i am all ears.

btw the software itself is brilliant, shame it's so unstable :/

[just noticed i posted that in wrong section -_-, sorry about that]

Tangled-Universe

As far as I know the program is still rendering, although the taskmanager says it is not responding.
It's one of TG0.9x's unique 'features' ;D It says it has frozen but it's still running probably...
I'd try it again and wait longer. If there's water in the scene it will probably take a couple of hours.

Martin is most likely correct. TG 0.9 on Windows is not multithreaded so the render task can often "stall" the user interface and make it unresponsive.
