The foreground is (clearly) a photograph of my wife's garden.  The rest is completely TG2...oh, except for the cloud.  Comments are welcome.

I really like this for it's surreal feel and clever construction. An excellent composite. :)

did you cut and paste the foreground section?
The lighting on that statue is pretty neat.
Very nice scene setup :)

I took a range of exposures of the garden with my camera and then grafted it into the TG2 file.  It was more than cut and paste - actual surgery!   ;D

Thanks Mandrake.

Nice one Calico.  The blending could use a bit more work, but I know how hard it is (and time consuming) to get this just right.

One way to get a bigger garden.  ;D

I think the colour matching between the rendered and photographic elements could use a little fine tuning but otherwise a nice result.
Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

I agree with Mr_Lamppost, and as a colourblind guy this is the hardest for me. I can often see what's wrong but not how t fix it...LOL...and add very fine image comment of my own.. ...

looks great...you will give your wife ideas for landscaping!!

Thanks for your comments, everyone.

To change the photo to match TG2 is the best plan.  I agree about the mixture of the two mediums - it really stands out.  The lighting between the two is off.

An impressive beauty Calico; extra fine details here!
