Well I'm at the yearly decent into debaucherary, drink, music and not so occasional weirdness. Yea!!
Every year for the past deccade (couple of gaps) I've held my anual holiday working in the madness that is Glastonbury Festival. About a quater of a million people covering the area the size of a medium city, all under canvas! Last couple of years have been MUD CITY, like a cross between the Somme and a mud fight. This year, so far, its been hot and sunny, blody marvelous
I dont go for the music, neither know or care who most of the performers are but the atmosphere, and the sence of a common goal are exceptional.
So if anybody is in the area give me a shout, I'll try to check in here every day but if your down in tyhe Theatre and Circus zone, go to "Point A" and give me a shout (Richard the guy with the pirate hat).
