This looks good so far.
I agree with Sjefen about the yellow parts and the GI.
I think the yellow parts is just the soil and if so, I think you should try to add some bump and color variations.
Like I said in Sjefen's image-thread I like the tree-model but the bark-textures aren't really good.
You might try these if you'd like:

And oh yes...the grasses are very nice indeed!

I think it's nice, but I don't understand what the yellow part is. I also think a little more GI would be better.
Where did you get the grass from? It looks very good.

The grass is modified from one of lightnings sets. And thanks TU I'll try that. I agree you can't really makeout the middle ground, I'll work on that also.

This is cool. A little more randomness among the trees would be better.

It looks like reflectivity/specularity is present on the leaves which is giving them an odd blue cast on the top of some - I'd disable that or significantly reduce it. You also might want to add or increase translucency on the leaves.
