Enhancing video of a static scene:
Using still photography to help redefine exposure levels, increase resolution, and much more within video.

On a side note, the person from the second link was one of the original creators of Citygen, and has a free version of it available farther down on his website.

Wow some nice software being shown there. Not to sure about the beauty one though, don't we want the camera to show what we see, not what we want to see? Looks like there might be a demo soon, will have to give it a try.

The static image/video tool looks amazing, seems a bit of black magic to me.

It's a pity Siggraph never attends in Europe. Would like to go there too sometime.
Not that I would understand all the stuff going on there, but it seems very interesting and fun to see all new stuff and tech-talks etc.

That first link is awesome. Looks indeed a bit like black magic quite seamless results. Wonder when such filters are being used in tv-commercials/programms etc.

The new Modo 401 is going to be awesome. Just keeps getting better.
