I dont know if they ship internationally but I've always had a very good service from overclockers.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and a fast service. Really of course I'd recomend getting a local NZ firm but you may have good reason to look further afield. And if your going for 6 gig  you may as well go for 8 and pull out all the stops.

I always use crucial (fast and reliable, and cheap, in my experience!)....they ship to NZ too!

Crucial is very good.  Corsair is awesome.  http://www.tigerdirect.com has Corsair as well as Crucial, but I don't see where they restrict shipping to NZ and I didn't check for special deals.  This site always has some sort of sale.

i bought 2gb corsair ram 800mhz from elive.nz i forgot that 32bit systems have 4gb limit
i have amd64 3.2ghz twin dual core processors does that mean i can switch to a 64bit operating system because we have windows xp pro 64bit cd at home as well as 64bit enterprise and ultimate so would i just be able to install over my 32bit system?
because if i want more ram in the future it would be good because 64bit os have 128gb limit which is massive!

which one should i install xp or vista?

cyphyr

Your right about the 4GB limit of 32bit systems (more like 3.2GB, depending on the system) and a 64bit operating system will be able to access a stack more ram. Some people will warn you away from vista, my only experience with Vista (Vista 64 Ultimate) has been good and I think all the gripes come from people running it on under powered systems. You could install over the 32bit system, shouldn't be a problem but again why not invest in a nice fast drive for your operating system, swap file and crucial apps to sit on. I got a 10,000rpm Western Digital VelociRaptor, just for the operating system.
Good luck and happy shopping :D

Sorry I didn't get right back to you.  I'd go for Corsair over the other brand.  Sounds like you did.

I can't attest to either XP64 or Vista64, since I haven't used either.  But, I've heard only good things about both.
