Very nice.  The mushrooms are too many, I think...unless you tried having something more intersting in their midst, like an elf or fairy that becomes the central focus.  My eyes just fall to those 'shrooms and their so uniform that it takes away any realism my mind started to accept.

EXCELLENT lighting and the wood look believable, so much so I can almost hear an owl hooting.

I changed the size of mushroom population and centered it on the eucalyptus tree
I'll add some additional vegitation too.

I think finally got past my rendering problems

I found a tree that I think looks good in the center of the clearing &
I now have the mushrooms centered around the tree.
next time I'll add some grass pops to surround the tree.
