My first video in terragen 0.9x
script: terranim
787 Frames 320x240
Detail 80%
Render setting: Atmosphere 25% - Cloud Shading 50% - AA: no
Render time: 39min

if I have a script of 2000 frames, how can I render 2000 frames in 2/3 days?

if I run the script again, starts again from the first frame  :-\

Very smooth.  Nice job.  I like the terrain you were working with.

Don't know the answer to your question.  There must be a way to identify the number of the frame where you begin the desired animation.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

If you want to continue rendering from frame 788 onwards, you can edit the script file in Notepad or some other text editor. You need to do two things: 1) delete all the lines that correspond to the frames you don't want to render, and 2) change the number next to the InitAnim command (change it from 1 to 788). You need to do both these things to make the script correctly render from 788 onwards.

Hi,

I guess you're using the PC version, but the Mac version lets you resume an animation from a specific frame in the Script Setup window.

yes, i'm using the PC version. editing the script file, everything worked.  :D

Nice work ! To render more quickly, use a multi-core processor. With 4 cores, I can render 3 Terragen 0.9 pictures at a time and use my PC normally...

you are right. I had not thought of this thing..... i've a QX9650 quad core extreme   ::)
