Something for another project. I postworked this one to go after a bit of a "photo" look. Some people won't like that but I can't make up my mind on what to post so I just posted this one. I was really going after photorealism on this one. C & C welcome.

Can't say any more except I think I'd leave out the grain. Looks odd without a touch of lens blur.

I think it's the best digital Earth I've ever seen, though.

Good work.  How long did it take you to create this all total, including render time?

So what was the resolution of the imagemap you used?

All in all it took about 3-4 hours form beginning to end. Mohawk, the surfacing texture is 5400 by 2700 while the cloud mask is 8192 by 4096.
