How do I change water Colour?

Well I looked and all I found was to add a PF to the water shaders input node but this has no effect whatsoever :(
Also tried Default, Lambert, Constant and surface layer, all produce the same result.
Has this changed in the latest build?

Richard,
Just adjust the volume 1 water colour and tweak with the volume 1 density value  directly in the water shader sub surface tab.
