Some displacement-shader-terrain-chaos inspired by RArcher's "climbing the chimney". Hope you like it.

Your lighting is usually so prolific as it is here.  The walls look very good, except for small spikes here and there.  Love it as a first render.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

V. nice - the haze is just right.

RArcher

Looks great Hannes!  The only section I don't care for is the area on the right hand side that looks overly stretched vertically.  The best parts are the round displacements, they are really fantastic.

Apart from that streaky bit and a couple of snaggy sticky-out bits near the bottom it's a well textured cliff. Great work.

I hope I realise I don't exist before I apparently die.

Hannes

Thank you all!
Yes, I don't like the stretched parts either, but I couldn't get rid of them. There is a displacement inside the rock shader (a cloud fractal) that makes those round shapes, which looks OK to me. But unfortunately the mapping (there are image maps as well as procedurals) is "below" the displacement, so the texture is distorted.

Yeah, but it's very good, Hannes.  I was just being picky to not sound like a suck-a$$.   :o

Nice work. I like the green vegetation areas.
