Not bad.  I like the planets pretty well and your lighting is very good.  But, the stars and the nebulae sort of detract from the whole...almost like space is sort of painted in.  Did you render the whole thing in TG2 or do some postwork?

I really like it , but I think it would look even better if the two planets where a little different.
