Wow, cool image! I like the mist on the water, though I'm not sure it's entirely realistically depicted. The water itself looks great in the foreground, but looks a bit more like terrain in the background - a bit too solid and perhaps not enough reflection to look like water. The lighting and sky are great, really no crits there. I love the shading across the sun disc. Only other thing is the lighting on the buoy seems too bright for the environment light, almost as if light were coming from the camera perspective.
Overall a really nice scene though. I'd be interested in seeing the inspiration for it.
