Perhaps this link is better, same tutorial, but more extensive:

I like your image Joel. Looks very natural and the grasses look good. The render quality is a tad too low to my taste, but I think after applying a DOF it will already look much better.
I hope the tutorial is clear to you, if you need any help then please let me know.

Martin
Thank you Martin !
I saw your explanation since one moment but I did not launch out yet in the DOF!

no we don't.
the only idiom I know we have with stone is  : "Let the one without sin cast the first stone."
know what I mean ? ;D
It's more a proverb than an idiom. I thought my "stone" proverb was more relevant, though; that is Joel seemed to criticise people for not accompanying their Image Uploads with detailed descriptions of how they built their node networks, while at the same time he was happy to upload his Images without detailed descriptions of how he built his node networks. In other words he was expecting others to do something that he wasn't doing. So, he could be said to be throwing stones at other peoples glass houses while living in one himself.
So, strictly speaking I wasn't the first to start casting stones. Furthermore, we are all sinners, but from time to time we all feel the need to cast stones. This forum, for instance, would be a very dull place if the odd stone wasn't cast now and again. Take a quick perusal through it and you'll find many a stone cast. It's one of the ways we get things done, to get things put right. My stone was lobbed back at Joel as a way of saying; "before you criticize others for not doing something, make sure you do it yourself, first." And having said that, it now occurs to me that your "idiom" come proverb: "Let the one without sin . . . . . " can be equally applied to Joel.

Excuse moi John mais tu n'as rien compris !

Excuse to me John but you did not understand anything! I never said that one was to put our images like our assemblies, absolutely not. I have right fact the following remark: “for the creators of particular assembly, such as the functions, DOF etc. It would be interesting that in the screenshots there are the connections of these nodes. I noticed several times that the nodes were quite present but one did not know since they had not been built where to connect them”.
This known as I do not need on the one hand anybody to make images, I have to make about 800 of them to date which are worth what they are worth, but I want to learn some well even more, and on the other hand all the people who asked me anything, ground, vegetation surfaces etc I always provided them with pleasure.
One is there to divide. interest not being to build images with a ground of Pierre, surfaces of Paul, the atmos of Jean etc but to understand how to build them. I rather clearly think of having been, I will hasten to seek on the forum your images, I am sure that I have full with things to learn from you!

Hi Joel

I think we'll just call that a "Lost In Translation" moment, and move on.

When Seth told me your English is not so good, I had to laugh: my French is non-existent. So that puts that in perspective.
I'm sure most people here at this forum will be more than willing to oblige with screenshots, or detailed descriptions of their interesting node networks, if asked about them. It's an area I'm still hesitant about. I find function-based networks really difficult to understand myself; my French is probably better.
You won't learn much from my image uploads (apart from not-how-to-do-it), as I myself am a fairly basic Terragener. Use of Inverse Craters, Image Mapping, Directional Displacements, Painter Shader distribution of Populations, and using the Distance Shader is about my level. But, like yourself, I'll invariably accompany my Image uploads with a short description of the Shaders I used.

All the best
John
I hope I realise I don't exist before I apparently die.
