Cheers, folks.
Neuspadrin: I use FLStudio as my little digital desktop studio. Some pics of my Les Paul -
Bastard are attached. I've had that since I was 18.
I have a little Fender amp that does me, as far as home recording goes.
The drums in these tracks are all plotted, beat for beat, through FLStudio, although I can play them, aswell. If I had a kit(a nice DW would do) and a room, there'd be organic drums in there, too.
Played in bands as a teenager and into my twenties. Mainly localy, nothing big.
Now I just sit at home, the ageing parent, plugging away to myself.
That's the way I like it, giving my stuff to other people to learn and do it their way, although it's fun, and often times something fantastically unexpected comes from it, it still feels kind of like giving a child away and, 'they just don't do it the way I can hear it in my head'. And I hate to tell them that, lol, 'you're playing it wrong, man!'.
I have a couple of good, old pals who I really love to play with and we write some of the best stuff together, things that blow my mind, I just like to do it my own way when I have something I'd like to get out. So, got to be a Jack-of-all-trades.
