I agree the second one is the best, the lighting works nicely. The first one is a close runner up though. The sky is nice on number three but I get the feeling that the ground need something more particularly on the far right.

I like that last one but squeeze it in between No. 2 and No. 1 The lighting in No. 2 is just keeping it out in front.

i like 1 & 2 the most,
the flat plain with the fake-stones on render 1, and the displacements on the mound/mountain on render 2
