There are some great lighting effects. I watched it twice, and found my self asking how many samples and how to set up the lighting. Thanks for sharing.

beautiful shots. Have you inhabited one of those houses directly at the beach? It seems so from one of your pictures.

Didn't stay right on the beach, one of the shots is from a pavillion. Each street in Seaside that goes to the beach has a pavillion at the end of it.
