Hi people. Been out of the TG2 swing for a bit and am wondering if there is a cache in place now for clouds so they will not flicker so much during animation? If not are there any other tweaks in place to achieve the same end?

Thanks

Flickering is usually due to Global Illumination solution varying between frames. There is no animation-specific cache to handle this yet, unfortunately. The current solution is to increase GI detail and/or increase GI Blur Radius. I suggest starting with GI settings of 2 for Relative Detail and 4 for Sample Quality, with a blur radius of around 50. Also make sure you have a quality of at least 1 in the Quality tab.

If that doesn't eliminate flicker, try increasing the Sample Quality to 5, and/or GI Blur to 100 or even 200. If that still doesn't do it, you'll have to try to work out a non-GI solution with fill lights.
