That's massively cool. In case anyone doesn't know, mse's go in ...Autodesk/3ds Max/scripts
You can create a folder for it but you don't have to. If you just want to give it a go put it in scripts/startup so it launches as soon as 3ds Max does and you don't have to go looking for it.
It's a great script. I created this in 4 seconds, so no textures. There are a couple of issues still like oddly positioned balconies but for a free procedural plugin I can most certainly live with it. You also get a link to download a buttload of textures too. I'd put this in my top 5 plugins for any program.
Oh and you can always edit bits out as normal.
