I currently use voice only as a voicemail instead of verizons. I didn't want to hand out a new number, so just using same number with google as my voicemail is nice so i can get txts of what voicemails were left, and check it online. Helps when i have 0 service while i'm at work. The transcriptions can be off a bit sometimes, but in a way it adds to amusement

http://voice.google.com/Google wave is interesting, but quite buggy still. Also missing a lot of features, and won't really be that cool until it really picks up as the new email (if it does). I could easily see it going the way of the zip drive, cool idea, great for a short bit then quickly something much better invented that wins out. Also google wave doesn't accept normal email any (at least not right now), so its somewhat a bummer you can't just set it up and start forwarding email over to it, and I don't really care to check 2 places for messages.
