Terragen 2 Exporting Wishlist

3KyNoX, we're unlikely to include support for exporting all those elements any time soon. For example clouds are a simple noise function, and exporting that would not be particularly useful for other applications. What makes them look good in Terragen 2 is a proprietary shading algorithm. You could render a skybox to capture the atmosphere effects and then export other elements such as terrain geometry, but ultimately Terragen may not be the best asset generator for your game or other realtime purposes. While it has some applicability there, its real strength is in its procedural detail and its own rendering technology. Exporting to a 3rd party realtime engine loses both advantages.

C-A, render-time displacement map rendering just isn't feasible, it's too computationally intensive and would slow down any real time system drastically.
