Working on a new tree. Birch.
There will be two variants. Summer and Winter. The Winter variant will be excellent for a Snow scene creating a Birch Grove.

Hi Marc, I think the foliage looks really good, but the tree trunk is too thick. Also I would expect the trunk birches have a slightly, slightly ragged shape, no?

Yes, you are right. I tend to try and get the branches and leaf components correct first then the trunk. The trunk is the easy part.
A little taller and uneven should do it. Also, a more true photo of the bark, when I find a nice one here, for mapping.
