Those look like a format best suited for Celestia. They're in normal map rather than displacement/bump map format, and they're tiled in a way that probably works great in Celestia, but would need to be manually aligned in TG2 (challenging and time consuming). You might want to try either a full planet Mars displacement/bump map, or Mars MOLA data (TG2 has a native MOLA map shader).
