Usually response time from registrations@planetside.co.uk should only be 1 or 2 days. It's possible your message(s) have been accidentally sorted as spam. I will check into the problem for you and make sure you get your key file as soon as possible.

Hi Olivier,
I handle registrations - I did send you your key on the 11th and unfortunately my email provider marked your emails to me as spam. I suspect that something similar happened to your key.
I've sent you a new copy of the key by email but thought I should post here as well in case you still have problems receiving emails.
I received your last email. I await the key impatiently.
As announced before I received your email but still not the key...
however, I always consult my emails in the file spam.
