Title: Strips on the image.

                             Hello. Excuse for bad English.

                        How to get rid of strips on the image?

It has to do with the extreme zoom in on the terrain from what i can see.

       The camera is at height of 1.28 m.
     Camera options standard, except motion blur lenght.
     Change of this parametre does not influence presence of strips.

Make sure Micro-vertex and Detail Jittering are enabled in the Render node. They're under the Extra tab.

     Microvertex jittering and Detail jittering are resolved.

seems to be something to do with the powerfractal scale and the closeness to it.

     I tried to change parametres Scale in a small range. Strips remain.

It looks like the altitude of your camera may be showing the limitations of the minimum feature size. You can help disguise the effect by setting Smallest Scale to 0.01. I think the issue itself may be an underlying bug, but we'll look into it, but at least it can be worked around fairly easily.
