Thanks for sharing. I think many of us have set up their own "default scenes" and it's always great to check out other approaches and copy some of the ideas.

Maybe in one of the next releases, TG2 will give us a selection of defaults, like iWork does, for example? ;-)

All your compressed files are in RAR format. Do you use WinRAR? I can use it to make basic installers for programs that either don't have an installer (Anim8or) or stuff I lost the CD to and thus don't have the original installer (ArcSoft PhotoStudio). I COULD even install a collection of installers from a WinRAR SFX installer...

@The BlackHole, No one in the modeling field uses that function because everyone's directory structure is different, then there is the fear of virus, so it's pretty much a dead function.

Have you tried Anim8or? It can export to some of the formats used by TG2 and it's a good modeler. Anim8or can also anim8  :D  your models and import image maps. And best of all, it's...

FREE!!!!

I am glad someone posted this recently. I completely forgot I had downloaded this. I really do want to look and see how you have things set up.  :-[

How very strange of you.   ;D   But I can see advantages.

I'm with dandelO! I'm too lazy to move my camera very much, the vast majority of my scenes have the camera less than 2000m from 0,0,0. I just find it much easier to change the scene around the camera than to create a landscape and have to zoom around looking for nice spots.

Hooray for strange people!  ;D

I use heightfields often. Big ones. I just go to a nice overhead view. Set the parameters and click random until something looks right. Then I move in for a better look.
