A first attempt

Hey all, I used to use TG classic going back 5/6 years ago, and just stumbled across it again yesterday so downloaded TG2. This is my first real attempt at a scene, I know it's not up to the level of most people who post on here but I'd appreciate your feedback and suggestions!

Also, sorry that the quality isn't great! I have a terrible pc which needs to be upgraded so I have to render things quite low-quality so they dont take hours!

I also wanted to see if anyone knows why my planet in the sky has a weird 'spiky' border instead of being smooth? I thought it might be the low-quality render but it was visible on a high-res one too!

It may be the AA. The free version of T2 will allow up to an AA of 3. Also increasing the detail to 1 might help.
I have an older computer also. It's slow, but it gets the job done.

Very nice first render! I particularly like the sun's reflection in the water and the glow of the low haze. Well done!
