I've heard of something worse than that, taking the idea behind that too far :-). It's called a Cement Mixer. Basically you hold some Baileys in one cheek and lemon juice in the other. You then combine the two by shaking your head or whatever. The Baileys curdles and turns into something, well, resembling vomit apparently. Then it gets thicker and starts sticking to your teeth and such, which is where the name comes from. Sounds delicious...
