Neat. Have you ever tried Suicider city for Blender? It's been a while since I have used it. I'll see if I can find the web site.
Found it.

You can use hieghtfield image maps which Terragen 2 can create. Getting the settings right is a bit tricky, but I think your cityscapes will turn out better. The city can be exported in obj format. Getting the UV maps right is not easy...

Je l'avais fait sous 3ds max avec le plugin Greeble. Je l'ai fait avec blender, cette fois-ci.
C'est mieux ?
I had made it with the plug-in Greeble in 3ds max. This time, I've made it with Blender.
Is it better ?

i like that last render a lot!
reminds me of going down to coast (beach) in Florida in the summertime, and walking out on the beach at night, magical.
the city looks better at a distance and the atmosphere/clouds look good too,

I really like those buildings this time, B.
Looks like what I imagine Miami to look like at night, not that I've ever been there. Cool!

The second one is very illusive ... drawing my imagination! Good execution!

Nice work Bla Bla. Variation in your texturing would help your first image. The second is further back, and has an interesting pov (point of view) to help.
I love Greeble, it's really useful. Have you seen this Max script?

Very much better. I like that you can just about make out the interiors of the buildings. Way to go!

That second one almost looks like it could be a photo. I like the warm type light and feeling of curtains. How did you work the lights? Is this lights inside of objects? Or textures? Must be lights, they just glow too good!!!
