Why, no. It's a deliberate artistic composition they way it is. I suggest you try this yourself and then compose it to your liking. I'm sure it's going to be great

I like the smoke in this image, but on a note about the delivery aircraft for that package (USAF Terminology) that is a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft (1964-1998) that aircraft had no weapons capability: nice image mind.

No, POC stands for "proof of concept". It's a term that's used a lot in my work environment, and I forgot that it probably won't translate to everyone, my apologies. ... but it's a handy little abbreviation.
