perhaps its due to the Colors that your using, these are very stranch and scifi-like colors.. are you trying to get realism? or are you attempting to do something that's surealistic?

Think about an object you would like to have in a scene. What would be in the scene to make this one object 'pop'? Or try a new way of working on a landscape.

I like it, just start adding details and objects. You can go back to the nodes you already have later. Moving forward now can help clarify your vision for you.
