1) open New project.

2) click "create new composition"

5) now do "control I" or "command I"  and navigate to the file with the frames, and select the first frame (frame 1) in the sequence. Then scroll down and "shift click" the last frame.

7) your animation is now in After effects. Drag the animation into your preview window and check the sequence by pushing the 0 (zero) button on the numbers pad of your key board.
