There isn't any documentation available for download yet.  All of TG2's official documentation is here on the forums.

There is a PDF available from the Technology Preview download page which is just a downloadable version of some of the User Guide sections - notably the User Interface Overview, the Quick Start, First Scene and the Glossary. Full documentation will be available with the final release later this year, both online and in downloadable formats.
