You might play with the location of the roadrunner. It's just not perfect (having rocks distracting a little). Why not try putting it in the shadow of the cactus, or just in front of it; it will have quite a different look.

A simple but good improvement. Another thought; you can change the look of the cacti by reducing the 'Y' dimension thus shortening the trunk and arms.
