Terragen 3 Incomplete Rendering while using Spherical Camera

Hi All,

I'm real excited about the new features in TG3 (build 3.0.10.0). I've been using the new spherical camera and it is way cool. This thing is going to be very useful with environmental lighting and reflections. I have found it to do incomplete renders, though, when doing a 8192 X 4096. It only seems to happen at the top and bottom of the image (i.e. the poles of the projection). Incomplete rendering of the sky is black while incomplete rendering of the ground is gray. See reduced image below:

This is a known bug which is being worked on.

Turning raytrace for the sky (defer. atmo/cloud) resolve the top problem.
Turning on raytrace everything (extra tab) resolve the bottom problem.

At least it works for me  :)

Thanks. Do you find turning on ray-tracing adding much to render times?

hmm... I tried a search but didn't scroll ;) Try changing the width of the bucket size to be the same or larger than the rendered image.
