Sure - this is dumb, but anyway.
I was working two days on populating some trees, following tutorials and could never have them appear. I faithfully copied the coordinates from the preview into the correct places complete with the km designation. Finally realized that you cannot use km, you must enter the coordinates as meters.
Another lesson learned!
