Nice one Oleg. Great to see the Painted shader used for this.

How do you create clouds with the painted shader? Doesn't it only work on land?

I apologize that I misled you. I used Image map sader as Final Recharge modulator.

Othewise painted shader can be used for clouds. I saw a tut on this from Geekatplay recently....

Is that how you have such feathery clouds because those look very nice and different.

You should be able to paint on a large plane set at cloud height and use that for the cloud mask. Just tried, but TG crashed (win7 just installed, I hate it), might try it again later. But it should work.

Ulco, were you using 3.1 when it crashed?

Yes, Oshtan, but I figured out the problem. When saving a file there really were prescribed path with Cyrillic. Thanks for helping me.

I did Oshyan, but I just tried again, and it didn't crash. Might be trouble with my Wacom pen, which acted funny after some win 7 updates. Got newest drivers, so that might be it.

I also noticed more crashes with 3.1 for a couple of weeks. Could also come from updated drivers or windows 7

In theory 3.1 should be *more* stable, at least for the Painted Shader. If there are any reproducible problems with it please let us know.
Glad you got your issue figured out Oleg.
