Very nice - perhaps some rocks and stones. The grass in the foreground could be denser or broken up with a pf for a more random look.

The landscape is reminiscent of dry, parched land immediately  after a long-overdue rain.

No, I didn't try a bigger lake because my intent was a small pond that was almost dry.     I will try to make the grass and foreground plants better.  Don't have a clue how to do "dust".
