My first attempt at using a non-nature object in a Terragen-scene: A man. Not much work done on that man after I loaded him into the scene (or before). And the vegetation is a bit to mono. But as of now I dont bother do work more on it, so I posted it. But definitely a scene I will go back and improve on later (when I get inspired) as I like the idee myself.

Okay: I saw that the sky color transition on my upper version wasn't very smooth: So here it is with a smoother color transition: Not perfect, but better :)

I like the colors of the render. If u can pose the man I would say he could lift his arm to his forehead like looking something against the strong sun. And not sure about the tree pops. I have a feeling those big trees are not growing alone like this. I might be wrong on this also but I would try to use them in small groups. Like 2-3 of them together...etc.

Thanks! :) Agree on trees. I will remake the image with more variable and realistic vegetation later when I am inspired (and better in Terragen). Got some problem with the render etc. So I got tired of working on it.

Yes, the distribution of the trees may be a bit odd and the figure's post rather "stiff". But I definitely like the view, the backlighting, and the way the light is hitting the foreground vegetation. That's quite nice.

No doubt about the trees. Looks strange. I was going to only have a few trees, but for some reason I ended up with to many of a kind. Agree with the man too. One of this scenes where you know something is of and you are a bit to tired to see it, but still you see it has potensial in one way or the other. So I will go back and make something out of it later, no doubt.

Looking good Marty. There are some human models here on the forum created by 'Hannes'. Do a search; you may want to use one of them.
