Hello Everyone,

I am running Terragen 3 - 64bit (free version) on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS using Wine 1.6.2.

I am able to start and run Terragen 3 fine, but I get a crash when deleting an object.  If I add a Disc, then delete it, Terragen crashes.  I have tried deleting using the del key, and right mouse button in the node view - same result - crash.  It also crashes if I try to undo the add Disc operation - ctrl-z, or from the edit menu.  Crash details attached.  I am just wondering if anyone else has seen the same thing, and if so how you were able to correct it.

Thanks in advance!

Update - I can add and delete objects that are added from the import menu without any problem.  I only get the crash when adding any object from the object window.  I don't know if it has anything to do with the error, but I notice that if I add an object from the object window, it is placed between "Background" and "Planet 01".  If I add an object from the File...Import Object...Wavefront Object, it is placeed after "Planet 01".

Someone from Planetside will respond probably.

In the meantime just a possibility you might try.
Click on an object node you want to delete first. Then press the "D" key.
It will be disabled in that way. Then try to delete it and see if you get still a crash.

You might try first breaking the connections to the other nodes at first and then deleting too.

We actually can't provide support for running TG under Wine as it's not an officially supported platform. We only officially provide a linux render node, with no GUI.
