Yes chem trails we have them every day here in Phoenix. They contain aluminum oxide, boron and a number of other chemicals the government is spraying on us. Weather control? My take is that it is some kind of defense against the EMP (electro magnetic pulse). This can either be a natural event caused by the sun; or, manually by exploding a missile 20 miles above the earth - either of which will knock out all the transformers throughout a country. Just think; no power, no refrigeration, no fuel at the gas stations. Life within 60 to 90 days would cease to exist. The Russia has such a device.
