Hot damn, that's gorgeous. I love the dappled light on the grass (though not *totally* sure why it's dappled?). Hopefully you rendered it at higher resolution and *someone* gets to see it that way, even if we don't. ;)

I think it must get the place under the light in the poolhouse room.  :)

If there is a someone, they aren't me.  Scene's already breaking my RAM as it is.  Too many imported objects, I think.  Although, really, I just need a new machine.  Now I have an excuse to get one.  BTW, the 'dappling' effect is just another layer of grass, slightly taller and differently coloured.

DocCharly65:  Take a pic, send it to my e-mail.

Bobbystahr:  See DocCharly65.  Releasing high-res versions of my backgrounds for print before project release isn't part of my release strategy, even if I could render one.  Although I'm likely to consider it after project release.

So I, uh, upgraded my RAM.    :)

Last one I'm posting.  Has a wee bit of post processing.

Didn't speed things up.  But the screen, resolution, and imported objects was straining the limits of my RAM.  As in, it took 12 minutes to close an IE window, because there wasn't any RAM left.  Not only could I not add more objects, but I couldn't increase the resolution any more.

Yeah, I noticed an immediate improvement in those areas when I went from 2 G to 8 G

Very nice to see it in higher resolution. Glad you were able to upgrade your RAM, and I hope it allows even more creative possibilities for you in the future! :)

Just between you and me, (and everyone else in the forum) you haven't seen anything yet.   ;)
