You paid for *Terragen* animation, or Xfrog? If it's Terragen you're referring to, they're not the ones who would need to handle the change. If you can provide proof of the version you purchased or you were simply issued the wrong license accidentally, we'll gladly take care of it.

When the Xfrog bundle of plants was on sale.................the only way to buy was with Terragen w/animation. I received my discs from Xfrog, waited a while on the license for Terragen, tried to contact Xfrog and never got a reply. I figured they needed to notify Planetside that I had purchased the software. I sent I don't know how many emails to Xfrog and never got a reply.


What kind of proof do I need? I have the discs from Xfrog.........that is all. What has it been............4,5 years ago. I don't remember if I paid with Paypal or what.
