Leavenworth looks like a town taken from the Swiss Alps.

I prefer the last one, but the first is nice too. Except for the shore, you'd need to add some rocks or veggies, or muddy areas/erosion. I think if you'd add some procedural grass or veggielike clumps under tree areas, it will be better also. And in the first one, the trees are rather evenly spread, if you'd patch them up more, it's more realistic, I think. Just my 2 cents.

I had to Google it, apparently they decided to turn it into a Bavarian alpine village in 1962! Gonna have to check that out. The NP is rather huge, will need to set aside plenty of time for that one.
