Mmmm, it had something to do with GISD, and I remember it being solved, but can't remember how. Sorry. Perhaps search for GISD+lines?

No, it has to do with using certain AA blending modes *without* AA Bloom being enabled. Best to just enable AA bloom, unless you absolutely don't want it, then switch AA methods. I forget which ones don't have that problem at the moment, mostly because I always use AA bloom.
