Pre Order Terragen 4 for existing version 3 owners?

Hello,

I received an email today regarding Terragen 4. Part of the email said "Pre-Order Terragen 4" "Lock in the best price by ordering today".

I currently have Terragen 3 Pro + Animation so I went to the store page and logged in but I don't see any mention of Terragen 4, only different versions of Terragen 3.

How do existing owners of Terragen pre-order Terragen 4 and what's the price?

I asked the same question and PS staff told me that the prices will be available in the next weeks.....

Strange nothing was mentioned in the email they sent me.

It's more likely your accounts are just misconfigured. Please (all of you) contact us at support AT planetside.co.uk with the email and/or full name of your license and we'll take a look and sort it out.

Ohhh...you have to log in? I thought upgrade prices are public data....Hmmm okay...

I don't think I have maintenance with my TG3 Pro+Animation so does that mean I need to add $100.00 to the price listed for the upgrade from TG3 Pro+Animation+Maintenance?

Trying to time my order to when the Canadian dollar is on an upswing, like now, heh heh heh.

reck, the upgrade price is currently $249 USD for Pro+Animation.

I'll be working through your emails today. Anyone who is having problems and *hasn't* yet emailed us should do so and we'll sort it out by end of day.

1. Are there any plans to let those that pre-order have access to early alpha\beta versions?
2. How long will the pre-order offer be available for?
