Vanilla caramel with grated chocolate I believe, but it's a mirage after all. 3.4 beta

glitchy squarish spot on the choc were the glass may show through

That is a rather creative use of shaders. It looks diabetically sweet.

Well hungry  ??? It also looks like partly mashed grubs and mould. But the textures are nice  ;)

The bowl is a XenoDream example library shape converted to obj format.
You can produce some nice jar shapes using a Terragen displaced sphere with the displacement driven by a graduated image in cylindrical projection. Example of jar shape and graded image used to displace. Of course you have to play around with the size of the projection.
