Thanks for the comments. I've done that myself heh heh. Good idea the car paint shaders. From a quick scan of my clip files I noticed a couple there. If you can figure out a metalflake blend, candy apple preferred, I'd jump at that.
Imagine is what got me into 3D on my old Amiga1000 and 2000. Read the manual at a festival and went home and got baptized in 3D. My life has been much more interesting ever since. Writing out my tunes
(in DeluxeMusicConstructionSet the first polyphonic computer music writing program) for a tribute show is what actually got me cyber though....in 1997 when my young fans did a 3 hour show of some of my songs.

Metal flake would be the plan. Some special setups like chameleon paint too.
You had fans eh? Did you have groupies to go with them. ;)

Strange cloud, but somehow it fits the image!

Yeah it is ain't it. Almost changed it but a small full render convinced me of it's merit re: apparent high altitude windiness, gives a bit of motion to a very still image.

Thanks, as I built it from scratch if anyone wants it email me as it's way too big for here.

I may have but was so focussed on music I apparently missed a few times when girls tried to pick me up...found out decades later of course when they were all married up.
hat show was all younger players I'd been casually mentoring since my wife left me for a country singer. Was quite a surprise when they started calling me for the correct chords and lyrics to my tunes.
